Horseradish Crab Dip
Serves 4 to 6
Ingredients:
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
1/2 tablespoons grated horseradish
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 cup crabmeat
Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix sour cream and Parmesan cheese until smooth. Gently fold in the remaining ingredients. Transfer dip to a small oven-proof dish and bake for 15 minutes.
