Spicy Sweet Shrimp Tostadas
Makes 2
Ingredients:
2 tostada shells
1/3 cup black bean dip
1 avocado, thinly sliced
1 pound raw shrimp, shells removed
2 tablespoons chili paste
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
Salt and pepper
Sour cream
Divide the bean dip equally and spread on each tostada. Layer on 3-4 avocado slices each and set aside. Mix the shrimp, chili paste and hoisin sauce. Spread the shrimp evenly onto a baking sheet and place under the broiler for about 3-4 minutes per side, until browned. Pile the shrimp on top of your tostada and season with salt and pepper to taste. Top with a dollop of sour cream and enjoy!
